Login Issue

Hi team,

I have some issue about login, sometimes i had pop up error like a picture below , and i try to refresh and re login but not fixed, how to fixing this issue?

you are using wrong credentials, its the only case when you get this error.

If issue persists reset the password using "Forgot Password?" option. That should solve the issue.

Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting anywhere.

The Anaplan platform and Anaplan Community require different sets of login and password details. 

However, if you use your browser to remember the password you must use the same password for both logins as the the tool does not seem to be able to distinguish the difference.
