Are there any changes/items in model that cannot be restored from Model History Logs?

The only thing I can think of is data relating to users that are no longer in the workspace

I checked the restoration of Production data. The list items and module data for those list items are getting restored.0 -
Production data as in Input data that end users input from planning perspective. There is a way to get that back too - but with careful series of steps.

I agree with you. Production Inputs can be restored.
I wanted to know that are there any changes that cannot be brought back using "Restore to ID" in History0 -
