Models in the account no longer visible

Hi All,

 

I am not able to view any models once I log into my Anaplan account.

Everything seems to have vanished. All the training models, favourites and data I created has vanished and nothing is showing. It is like a completely new account.. This has stopped me to continue my lessons.

 

is anyone facing this issue? how should i get this fixed? I have already emailed support@anaplan.com.

please help!

Are you in the right Tenant? It's the drop down next to the search icon.

Hello,

 

I am having this same issue where the training model I was working on is no longer visible. Please let me know if there is something I can do on my end to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I got a reply from support team that my workspace admin access needs to be reinstated.
I am waiting to get the email address for this team.. looks like they need to resolve it

I got an email from support. Looks like my workspace admin access needs to be reinstated.
It may be the same for you. I am waiting to get the email address for that team.

@capitalsteev @angomez @Manikantaap29 Email to academy@anaplan.com. They should be able to help you out related to your training accounts. If the issue is related to your organization tenant, check with your organization tenant admin.
