Page Access in Anaplan for New App
After creating a new app page, I have a user that is not able to access certain schedules within the app but has the exact same access as myself and another colleague. When checking their access, they have Full Access and also a workspace administrator in the model.
So far, I've also tried removing their access and gave the same access back and made sure to update the workspace source from PROD to ARC. Can someone please provide some other suggestions as to what it could be as why they are not able to see the pages when we have the exact same access?

Do others have access to the app pages?0

Possibly selective access. Check the Users tab. Also, make sure Catilin has completely closed her browser and reopened. Sometimes the security gets cached in the cookies.

Check that you have not create the app page in My Pages.
My Pages are only accessible by those that created them.*** *I can see from checking the screenshots again that this is not the issue ****

@ChrisAHeathcote Yes that is correct. Out of the 3 individuals on the team, only 2 of us are able to see the app pages, but all 3 of us have the exact same access across the board

Ok. Do you have more than one model linking with the app?
If so, check which model the missing pages are pointing to and ensure
that she also has access to all models.0 -
@ChrisAHeathcote I checked that again and I didn't create it in My pages. But like you mentioned from the screenshots, I don't believe that's the case

@JaredDolich Okay I know they cleared the cookies and restarted the computer. But I'll have them to try exactly what you suggest below

Even if you have FULL ACCESS you can still restrict Caitlin's ability to see certain list items. Make sure selective access is not the issue.

Okay I checked selective access as well, and don't see any difference between the access.
