Scale on Dashboard Graph

I am unable to set or manually change the scale on a graph published to a dashboard.  And the automatic choice is poor - in screenshot there is no data point above 10K but the scale goes to 20K.  I would prefer being able to set the scale myself but automatic would be OK if it did a better job....
