User Filters

Hi,  

I am trying to create user filter for dashboards.

Requirements:

1)If user can view data based on his selection(example: HR, PR)

2)If user selects select all check box it has to show all the data. If user unchecks the checkbox it has to show only empty cost centers which is blank.

Can anyone help me on this.

What are you trying to filter? A page selector on the dashboard might be better suited to drive this with the data in a grid set to synchronize selection.

If you intend to use a checkbox filter then you may wish it to be dimensioned by Users, so that each user can make an independent choice.

If User clicks the select all check box it should show all the cost centers data. If users unchecks the sell all check box it should show missing cost centers(blanks).
