While Importing a numbered list the name row is not getting populated

I am trying to import a numbered list. while importing I have selected the source as Code and Target as Employee list. when I run the import , all the column headers(department, country) are getting populated , except for name. What could be the issue here?

That is because it is a numbered list. If you want names to be populated then you will have to leverage "Display Name" Column which you can find in General List Section. Here is another thread where we discussed the same thing
