I wont advise you to add one year to the field because it wont make any sense. The PERIOD function should return you the correct value of the YEAR of that specific Date. Would you please wont mind drilling down the cell and check which date it is picking up. To drill down right click on any cell in the FY column and select drill down and you can check the date. Below is a snip for your reference

We'll need to see your calendar settings - what is your current fiscal year, when does it start etc.

What this is showing is that date, 1st July 2021 is in FY22, FY21 ended on 30 Jun. So the FY value is correct.

What line items in the module you want to filter are dimensioned by Time?
OCD, FY and Check are not dimensioned by Time.

I would take Time out of the module so you don't have subsidiary views, this may be adding to the confusion.

Then show this ImportExport saved view with the Check line item
