unable to login to workspace

Hi....
 i am unable to login to anaplan work space though i have email id and password...please guide me to access the work space.

Did you get back in? If you're part of the Anaplan Elevate program, your workspace will expire after 90 days. YOu'll need to request an extension at academy@anaplan.com. If you cannot log in to your workspace and you belong to a customer or Anaplan partner you can just use "forgot password" and reset it. All passwords expire after 90 days unless the tenant administrator changes that setting. Lastly, if you cannot get back in and the above circumstances do not reflect your situation then send a not to support@anaplan.com. They'll get you fixed right away.
