AMA is a place for Anaplan customers, partners, and employees to connect directly with Anaplan experts and industry leaders on a variety of planning topics. AMAs make it easy and convenient for you to get answers to your questions, create new connections, and participate in engaging discussions. After the live session is closed, all sessions will be available to you for later reference. 

Content and videos are visible to anyone. You do not need to be logged in to view them. However, to post your own questions in the Community, you must be signed in. We recommend you log in to take full advantage of the AMA session.

Not a member? It's quick and easy to sign up! If you are a customer, it is recommended that you register in the Community with the same email that you use to log in to Anaplan.com. Just follow these simple steps.

  1. Navigate to the Community.
  2. In the upper right corner of the home page, click Join.
  3. Fill in the information, and select Register.
  4. Update your profile and settings to let people know who you are in the discussion. Navigate to your avatar in the upper right section of Community and update My Profile and My Settings.

    Now you're ready to join the conversation! 

Questions posted in AMA forums are visible to all participants. This could include Anaplan customers, partners, and employees, in addition to others users unaffiliated with Anaplan. Please keep this in mind as you post your questions.

Ask the expert anything you'd like related to the published topic. Please note that posts may be moved or removed, if deemed necessary. This could include, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • A post that is not a question
  • Abusive or harassing posts
  • Questions/posts that do not relate to the published topic
  • Repeated instances of the same question by a single author 
  • Requests for support help
