Anaplan for All is a first-of-its-kind program that opens doors for professionals from underrepresented backgrounds and connects them with jobs in the Anaplan Community. The program offers 10 weeks of free, instructor-led training for individuals to become certified as Anaplan Model Builders. Training will include live online classes which are hosted on Saturdays along with weekday support from instructors and Anaplan experts.

"The Anaplan-for-All program has been a game-changer in my career trajectory,” said Natalie Davis, a graduate of the Spring 2021 program. “With the great support from my TA's, my mentor, and most importantly, my classmates, I was able to graduate and started a career as a Senior Consultant at a major accounting firm."

Graduates of the program are not only provided with free training but are also supported by professional mentors and given access to job opportunities and career development resources.

"Before I participated in the Anaplan for All program, I didn’t realize how many great, high-paying jobs there are out there for people with this skill,” commented Seyma Tas, another Spring program graduate. “At the end of the program, I received 4 job offers of over $100,000. People should know that there are real opportunities available at the end of this program, it’s not just learning a skill that will never be used."

Anaplan and Correlation One expect to invite around 100 individuals to join the Fall 2021 program. While there are no formal prerequisites to participate, preference will be given to individuals with prior business, finance, operations, or analytics experience.

The round one deadline to apply is August 12, and the final deadline to apply is August 31. Program selections will be made on a rolling basis.
