We’re pleased to announce our upcoming launch of single sign-on (SSO) for Anaplan services!
Within the next six weeks, we’re rolling out Okta, an industry leading technology for connecting people to technology, behind the scenes to Anaplan services, such as the Anaplan Community, Anafans (coming soon!), and more all with a single username and password.
Starting with the Anaplan Community, we’ll be laying the groundwork for future connections between platforms to create a single sign-on experience for your access to Anaplan services. Then, in the not so distant future, this streamlined experience will allow you to access all of your Anaplan services using one single sign-on account that’s connected to your world of Anaplan.
Please note, this does not impact your log in experience to the Anaplan platform at this time. If and when changes are made to the platform, such as your log in experience, we’ll be sure to share those out in a separate set of communications.
Coming soon, you’ll notice a slightly different login experience for the Community after you navigate to the usual Sign in link.
At that time, you’ll use the email account associated with your Community account to log in instead of your Community username. Your Community username will still display throughout the Community as usual. Otherwise, the rest of your Community experience will remain unchanged!
We’ll be in touch with you when the updates are published for the Community log in experience with screenshots and any other necessary details to ensure a smooth update. Then, we’ll be sure to check in with you at each step of the process to provide you updates on our progress and quick access to all the benefits coming your way.
