We celebrated the new versions released in 2020 and the engagement of our Community with the Extensions in this blog.
We launched a new type of user feedback (all automated) about our future extensions Anaplan for Microsoft 365. You can participate by joining this group.
We listened to user feedback about our documentation (through a survey and the brand-new "was this useful"? feedback option at the bottom of every documentation article). Expect some improvements to Anapedia soon as a result.
If you have any issue with the Excel Add-in, go to the "Help" section of the ribbon to find answers to your questions. If you need to contact our support team, use the dedicated functionality which automatically populates the email with technical information and standard questions. Tickets raised with this feature were solved 12% faster.
