Ability for modules on a dashboard to scroll together when selecting leaf items

Description:

Basically we want the different views of the same module to page up and down together. The Excel functionality is "View Side by Side" (both module views next to each other on a dashboard) and "Synchronous scrolling."
Sometimes we might want them to be independent, so we want an option to turn this on and off.
We would then be able to use this with the current functionality of the Synchronise Lists to deliver the basic requirements we need.

Benefit/impact:
Currently we can have on our dashboard 2 views of the same module, or different modules with the same list, and they will not be in any way linked if they are leaf items, indeed 500 leaf items; the user will have to navigate the massive lists in the grids independently.
