Ability to add additional Customer Contacts to a specific case submitted via Case Portal.

As a Customer, I would like the ability to add any additional customer contacts, Business Partners, or Customer Partners to an existing case that was submitted via Case Portal.
This would allow for deeper collaboration at the customer level and consolidate communications between all necessary departments.
