Ability to disable selective access for a specific module

We have selective access activated on several lists (mainly organization) and for 90% of our needs it works well. However, in some modules we would like the users to be able to see the data of the entire lists (even if they don't have read access on parts of this list). 
Currently, the alternatives as we see them are: 

• to put this data in different model with no selective access (maybe)
• to use a duplicate versions of these list without selective access for these modules (we don't like this idea)
• to completely overhaul our security settings ans use DCA instead of selective access (we don't like this either)

The best way to answer this need would be to have the option of disabling selective access for specific modules (to be able to do it for each list would be perfect, but even as a whole works).
