Create Directory/Grouping functionality for grouping Actions
An example of the enhancement:
Actions would be able to be grouped by function/area, similar to functional areas.
How would it help you business process:
I currently need to make a fake action to create a line in actions to make title. This is not a safe method of differentiation grouping of Actions; then I have to constantly move actions up/down to put them under the appropriate titles
