Ability to request specific Splunk Reports from Case Portal.

I would like the ability to request a specific Splunk Report from within Case Portal. It would be convenient to have a tile added to the Case Portal Home Page that then directs a Customer to a page where they can request a specific Splunk report to be generated and sent from a Support Analyst.

 

Examples of Reports:

  • Customer Activity and User Account Reporting
  • Workspace Size Breakdown by Model
