Ability to see model activity with administration

Description of Enhancement:
We would like to have access to an application log that would show activity against our workspaces. This activity would include logon/logoff, action executions, model saves, imports, etc.

Example of Enhancement:
This information within the Tenant Administrator function should be more comprehensive in order to properly administer the system.
