Add Conditional Formatting to Action Cards

Please add the ability to conditionally format actions cards within the NUX.

Superficially, may appear minor, however this would be a powerful way to guide users in apps and provide workflow. For example, a page builder could highlight any actions that require running.

As a additional benefit, this would help model builders reduce the total number of actions within a process. Consider an update process, typically a model builder will create one process (e.g. 'Update Model') that will hold all actions required (e.g. Update Lists X, Y Z, Updates Modules A, B, C, and order lists). By adding conditional formatting to action cards a model builder could reduce the actions within the process. Instead, end users would be directed to the exact actions that are required to run.
