Add new function AllPeriodsValue

An example of the enhancement:

The AllPeriodsValue function would work like YEARVALUE, but utilizing periods rather than year. It would have a parameter to choose whether a Brought Forward value should be included in the result.

How would it help their business process:

When attempting to make a summary of an item that utilizes the Brought Forward option, the YEARVALUE function will not include the BF value. A new function that utilizes periods rather than a Year timeframe could provide more flexibility, particularly if it allows the specification of whether a Brought Forward value should be included.
