We have customers that have filled out forms when looking for support. In addition to "contact us" and "get demo", we should add a third option for "support" so that it's fool proof, because the subsequent screen is both for requesting information for prospects and for customers in need of support.
Right now, it's a process that causes confusion, and we should make it so clear and easy that you can't mess it up.
