Allow list imports to retain the order of the list items in the source file or source module.

Description of the enhancement required:
Allow list imports to retain the order of the list items in the source file or source module.

An example of the enhancement:
When importing to a list, the list should reflect the position of new members of the list as it does in the source file (or module) instead of adding new members to the bottom of the list. Existing members should also be re-ordered to the same order as the source list or module.

A story for why you want the enhancement, (how would it help your business process):
The list that the customer is attempting to keep in order is almost 7000 items and core to their business. All of their users rely on this list being in order so they can easily navigate to the locations they need to forecast data for and the list is changing every day. Not having this list in order would make navigation difficult for users.

Even if new or changed items could be identified, manually moving in Anaplan is practically impossible due to the small interface window that can’t be enlarged when moving items. Tree view is not available on lists over 1000 items, so all the administrator has is a small window into a very large grid, with many member names truncated (see screenshot).
