Allow the user to navigate a Dimension selector via arrows keys while in a Management Report

There is an odd behavior that is counter to what the user is used to.
When the user is making a selection on a Dimension they are not able to use the down arrow to navigate the options and then pick one.  In a Dimension drop-down the down arrow always allows for selection navigation.  But, when in a Management Report, the arrow causes the MR to advance to the next slide.
It would be great if the arrows would not cause the slides to advance while the user is navigating a Dimension selector list.
