An ability to see Reports containing information about cases submitted to Anaplan Support.

As a Customer with access to Case Portal, I would like the ability to view reporting with information that includes the following:

  • Total Case Open - All Time
  • Cases Opened within a Specific Time Range
  • Customer Contacts who have submitted Cases
  • Total Time to Resolve Cases
