Automatic ordering of dimensions within modules/line items

Description of enhancement:

When re-dimensioning a module/line item by using the applies to dialogue box, it would be very useful if the order of the "applies to" was automatically ordered from the largest to the smallest.

Business case for wanting this enhancement: 

Consistency of the dimension orders has a big impact of performance.
