This is a request to enhance the product with regards to Anaplan's ability to automatically monitor and reset the list index when it is approaching it's upper limit. Currently, when the list index fills up, there is no notification that a list update failed due to the list index being full, nor is there a warning that further attempts to update the list will fail due to the list index being full. There is also no automated way for the index to reset itself, nor is there a way to do this via the API. The only way to reset the list index is for an admin user to manually reset it. We would like to see this limitation handled automatically by Anaplan rather than make it the responsibility for the customer to monitor the list index size via API and then manually reset the index as needed (which can only be done once the index is > 90% full, by the way). We are aware of other customers who have hit this limit and who also have to employ a manual workaround to avoid failed list updates.
