Be able to add a specific Page Selector on the top of the Page without publishing a module

In the old UX, we can publish a Page Selector (List > Grid View > View > Publish List as Page Selector on Dashboard) even if we don't have a module at this dimension on the dashboard. For exemple, to publish a Page Selector "P1 COUNTRY" to dynamically filter a module at "P2 STORE" level (child of "P1 COUNTRY") thanks to the Dashboard option "Rows Syncrhonize Selection". 

We would like also to be able on NEW UX to publish a Page Selector on a Page without publishing a module at this dimension in order to filter another module with a child dimension.
