Business Function/App/Enviro/Geo/Cycle selectors in Manage Models

As a Workspace Administrator, I want to be able to assign or reassign model to Business Function/App/Environment/Geography/Planning Cycle category in Manage Models window.

Every Workspace Administrator should be allowed to edit this mapping for models they have access to. Currently, they need to be Tenant Administrators and navigate to Administration area, which does not make sense, is a long and painful process, and does not allow for proper segregation of duties.
Our Workspace Administrators want to start using this mapping to categories as users (normal and admins) will be then able to easily filter models on the Models page.
