Our customer would benefit greatly from an enhancement to our DocuSign integreation functionality:
Right now, users need to create one workflow per DocuSign template, which results in needing to maintain a large number of workflows.
The customer request is to allow one workflow to work for multiple templates at the same time. This would greatly cut down on the workflows that need to be created and maintained.
Agree - this would greatly reduce the administrative burden and time it takes to publish our comp plans to the sales field.
We have 22 workflows, each corresponding to their own template (22 templates). Reducing the number of workflows by at least half (at least 11 workflows in our case) would reduce the admin burden and time.
