File Import Issue due to Control Panel Local Language Setting

Some users in Europe are facing issues importing offline excel file into Anaplan.  Currently we have a workaround for this issue. If user changes his Format setting in Region and Language to “English”, then the upload is successful to Anaplan.

Users have to change their local language setting every time they need to upload Files and switch it back to original for their other work.

    Just rediscovered this problem again when working on a machine with german settings while running an import that was setup on a machine with english (UK) settings. Last time I came across this was about 3 years ago, but you would think that this issue must occur in all international companies. Hence I'm surprised that's still not on the roadmap.
