It would a great to have a filter function added to the Idea Exchange and Community Posts so that it becomes easier to find a post by a particular person. Filter function should have the ability to filter by the persons full name or ID and also have ability to filter by date as well.
This would be helpful in confirming how many points someone has accumulated for certification maintenance requirements as well as being able to quickly search for a particular post made by someone.
