Hide or disable the Help feature for users

As a workspace administrator and model/page builder
I want to hide or disable the Help feature in both NUX and classic dashboards for users
so they don't confuse contacting Anaplan support with contacting our organization's sales support. Also, most of the items in the Help feature are applicable to workspace admins and model/page builders, not users.
