Password allow to include Foreign Characters

Hi team,

I would like to request Password to allow Foreign Characters such as:

ÄäËëḦḧÏ ïN̈n̈çΩ≈åß∂ƒ©˙∆˚¬√∫˜µ≤≥÷÷œ∑´®†¥¨ˆøπ

Currently when setting Password using the above characters, the systems show the following error:

"Please fix the following errors:
  1. Your password must consist of at least 8 characters, should not contain the £ character, should contain both upper and lower case letters, and at least one number."

This feature will allow Users to higher password complexity. Thank you.

  • In our Swiss (German/French/Italian-speaking) team we had the problem, that a user included "ä" in his password, which made it impossible for him to access his account and we only could fix it by contacting the Anaplan Support team. Letters like "ä", "è" "á", "ô" are common in French, Italian and/or German languages and are all directly available on Swiss-style computer keyboards, so a Swiss user is pretty likely to include them in his password - even though such a letter is not directly available on standard US keyboards. Thanx to Support to fix the password problem for our team member; the new idea can prevent such and similar problems in the future.
