Pyramid Chart for Headcount depiction

As an end user I should be able to see Pyramid chart representation of Headcount. 

Why: In service based company where headcount tracking is crucial, the end user should be able to identify how many Team Leads/Managers/Senior Managers are managing the lower grade employees. 

Details: The pyramid should show different employee levels stacked against Employee Grade/Level ( and include other dimensions). 

The Pyramid Chart does not need to be proportional to headcount it can just show the different layers and display the headcount numbers. This is because the numbers will be skewed most of the time; so the chart might go off proportion. Please share your thoughts. 

Dimensions: Employee Grades/Levels , Cost Center, Product , Time  and Version
