Description of the enhancement:
Remove time mappings that rely on fiscal year from import dialogue when model time setting 'Weeks General'
Business case -why this would help the business process:
As a user, I expected I could import file with a time format of weeks in numbers (e.g. 201712) while my Anaplan time settings are set to 'Weeks General'. As it turns out, this and other time setting require a fiscal year, so my import fails.
When weeks general is set, it would feel more intuitive if the import time mapping options only showed those that are relevant/don't require a fiscal year.
