User Broadcast at Tenant Level (logged in Users)

As we know there is platform status avaialble to review status of any global level outage issues etc., however at tenant level also there are evets that are required to shared with all logged in users e.g. in case of taking few models offline for some ad-hoc reasons. Or even for global outage information, tenant level users need to be informed ineternally within a specific tenant as not all users are aware of platform status link. So, it would be great if there could be broadcast that could be configured by a tenant admin and the same can pop up to all logged in users to inform of any important information etc.
