improving filters and tags in manage model page and Anaplan UI

I am posting this on behalf of Jason

First, design a way for our model builders to tag their models with attributes like Model Owner, Model Purpose Category, or other built in attributes like Environment (as in Picture 2 below). Second, design a way to filter or sort models based on these tags in the Model Management pane shown in Picture 1, so I can then manage and archive our inactive inventory of models? As our tenant admin, I can set Filter attributes for each model, but that's a non-starter because our team has built 100's of models, and they, not me, need to tag their models on a self service basis, so that I can manage our inventory of models based on these tags. btw, I'm not referring here to Versions within a model's data dimensions.
