This course is a 2-day, in-person, interactive deep dive into The Anaplan Way. After completing this course, you will be able to: Explain to project team the Anaplan Way (Whiteboard), how it works and why it’s important.
List all the steps in The Anaplan Way and explain why each step is important. Define the Four Cornerstones and how they apply to each phase of The Anaplan Way. Be able to or coach a customer to write a manifesto that is clear, concise and focused on the project goal, and explain how this manifesto is used during each phase of the project. Explain the importance of writing good user stories, and coach the project team members in writing good user stories. Understand and communicate about sprint timing and planning. Describe the UAT process, both automated and humanoid, and its importance to the project. Define the difference between a bug and a change request; and clarify how to determine levels of severity.This class is offered in person only and takes 2 days to complete.
