Anaplan Mobile App: SSO Login Fields Unresponsive (Android Only)

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.

 

Issue

A select number of Android devices will prevent you from selecting the username and password fields when attempting to login to Anaplan through SSO using the Anaplan Mobile App.

 

Workaround

To workaround this issue, you can select the fields using a bluetooth-enabled mouse and enter your credentials using a bluetooth-enabled keyboard.

This issue was resolved as part of our 2nd October 2019 mobile update.
