Documents stuck in 'Draft' status in Anaplan Docusign integration.
This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.
If a document in the Anaplan Docusign integration is voided after it is sent, but before it's status changes from 'Draft' to 'In Progress', it, and all subsequently produced documents will become stuck with a 'Draft' status.
This issue can be worked around by following the steps below:
Identify and delete all of the impacted envelopes.
Recreate the deleted envelopes.
Re-send the documents.
