End Users are unable to change the status of workflow list items

This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue as of the June 16, 2018 platform release.

Issue

Workaround

When end users (not Workspace Administrators) navigate to the Workflow tab the status bar is greyed out and so they are unable to change the status of any list item regardless of if they have access to it. Thus, no workflow statuses may be updated by any end user.
