"The current model is no longer valid" error after encryption
This item has been identified as an outstanding known issue. A workaround is provided until the issue is officially fixed.
In some cases, if an encryption takes longer than 35 minutes, it may be left in an incomplete state due to a timeout. This will leave the workspace in an inaccessible state as well as show the error message: "The current model is no longer valid. You will be directed to the tiles screen." There may be an error message that prompts the user to retry the encryption, but if not, follow the workaround below.
Have the encryption admin encrypt the workspace again.
