Designating Sales Reps to Accounts Process Questions

I don't think this screen shot from Anaplan is correct. In the picture attached, Q1 and Q2 have the exact same number of days in the quarter (91 days) and yet the commission calculated is showing almost a $400 difference. How can the dollar's be different while the days are the exact same between quarters? Is there an accrual method that I am missing?
The Employees+Details.txt does not contain Commission % or Attainment % or Max Account columns for employees. Where are we supposed to source this information? I see these could be potentially sourced through Role and Tenure via the QUO03 Quota Assumptions, but I do not see anywhere in the user stories with direction on how to source this module either... Thanks!
