Should we assign Sales Reps by the Territory>Account list or by Account only?

 

  • If the former, how do we utilize the CYW Sales Reps to Accounts spreadsheet since "Account" is actually a numbered list?

 

  • If the latter, how can we map Territory to Account (per the UX prototype) when Accounts can theoretically belong to multiple Territories?

 

Further when calculating Length of Service, should we round the difference between Start and Current Date?

Because we are only assigning them to an individual account, I am okay with seeing the sales rep assignment by just account.  I do not need to see the territory.  

 

When calculating the number of years, we round down.

Hello,

I have already finished my L3 exercises & exam. There is one thing that is quite bugging me - What is QUO05 used for? My QUO06 is calculated via QUO04 and all my results are matching. There are 2 fields in QUO05: Code & Number, I do not see any description of what these are meant to be.

The fact that all my numbers match means that I must have used the intended functionality of QUO05 in QUO04 module via a formula.
