We have successfully made platform enhancements on Saturday, May 16th, 2020, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. PDT.
Greater calculation scale: To support building larger and more sophisticated models, we will raise the limits for the RANK, RANKCUMULATE,and ISFIRSTOCCURRENCE functions by 5x from 10 million cells to 50 million cells.
Easier and smoother log-in authentication: We are improving the SSO log-in user experience with the following new link: “Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)”. This link is visible under the email address field. The enhancement will direct users to their SSO provider's portal page to enter their credentials.
We have also enabled non-authenticated SSO users to access links to Anaplan content. Each URL directs users through an authentication flow, enabling secure access to specific Anaplan content.

Case Reference | Issue Description |
00269988 | Synchronization is unsuccessful when your target model has a simple list with a non-composite parent item and at least one property, and your synchronization changes the list to a numbered list and adds an additional item. |
00262371 00271069 |
When you update a user in a model via a CSV import, you can assign a role that does not exist in the model. Users with a role that does not exist in a model cannot access it. |
00218953 00238536 00238669 00243043 00249776 00253091 |
When you import a CSV file, validation does not reject email addresses with Unicode characters. |
00175492 | Import may hang and block further interactions with the model, if you rename an untitled empty model during the import. |
00273786 | Synchronization is unsuccessful where the changes delete a list property, change the list from numbered to unnumbered, add the same property back to the list, and add a formula to a line item in the model that references that property. |
00249837 | Synchronization is unsuccessful when a SUM formula references a line item with one timescale, and your synchronization changes the formula to reference a line item with a different timescale from the original reference. |
00179244 00209605 00213506 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you delete two versions in the source model, and a formula in one version references the other version. |
00150531 00212665 00244963 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when a LOOKUP formula references a line item with one timescale, and your synchronization changes the formula to reference a line item with a different time scale from the original reference. |
00242572 00271983 |
Synchronization fails when your revision changes the format and formula of a line item, and a version formula references that line item. |
00238976 | Synchronization is unsuccessful when you edit the Number format of a line item and you apply Breakback. |
00223426 | Synchronization is unsuccessful when you change the formula of a line item, change its format to No data, and then delete the line item. |
00206029 | Synchronization is unsuccessful when you rename a line item that uses SUM in the formula, change the format of the line item to which SUM maps, and change the list to which the module applies. |
00198771 00258571 00269411 00272056 00282699 |
When you overwrite an export action and delete the original source, the next time you synchronize the model, the action is removed from the production model, but not the development model. This may cause issues in subsequent synchronizations. |
00106493 00266838 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you rename a line item that includes the LOOKUP formula, change the line item to which LOOKUP applies, and change the format of a line item that to which LOOKUP applies. |
00249837 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when a SUM formula references a line item in a formula chain that has one timescale, and your synchronization changes the formula to reference a line item with a different timescale from the original reference. |
00249837 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you change the list subsets to which dynamic cell access is applied for line items, and you assign a parent to the list. |
00249837 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you swap the dimensionality of the driver and driven line item, and then add or remove a parent to the list of the driver. |

Synchronization is unsuccessful when you:
|
00249837 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you add a list to 'applies to' for a line item unless two 'applies to' selections that are not, and do not contain, subsets are made first. |
00293858 |
Synchronization is unsuccessful when you update a line item to be list-formatted if another module references the line item. |

Duplicate items can be created in a numbered list when you perform an import if you use a combination of properties including date to uniquely identify items. |

In rare circumstances, where another user makes a change to the model at a specific point in your synchronization, the synchronization is unsuccessful. |
