Convert 445 Calendar to Gregorian Calendar

Hi Retail Anaplanners! Today I was really fortunate to have an article posted in the best practices forum. This article is, in my opinion, the first step to connected planning between merchants and finance practitioners. Merchants typically plan their year using a 445 calendar and Finance will often use a Gregorian Calendar. This article shows how to bridge the gap and reconcile the two worlds together. Hope you enjoy it.

Here's the link to the article to convert a 445 calendar to a Gregorian Calendar.

Hi Jared, I have read the article and it is wonderfully written. I am going to apply these merchandise principles and financial planning to my merch business. I really liked the whole explanation. Thanks a lot.

@mattsymonds

Glad this article spoke to you. Let us know how it turns out and if you found any additional points that we should consider. Watch out for those nuances - for me, the trickiest part is how to deal with the first and last month.
