Businesses want to be self-sufficient. This means they can build and expand the platform largely on their own or with some help. In order to accomplish this customers create a Center of Excellence or perhaps, more simply, a Competency Center. A Center of Excellence can start small (some companies have just one person in their Anaplan Center of Excellence) and grow to the size needed in the company as the number of use cases increases. This workshop will provide guidance on establishing a successful setup of a Center of Excellence.

In the workshop, an Anaplan expert will work with your team to identify the components that are required to set up a Center of Excellence. The expert will also assess at what level of maturity you are with each component and the steps required to develop each component in order to have a successful Center of Excellence.
