Re: Session: Debuting the Connected Planning Playbook

How hard do you find it to not just immediately jump into using Anaplan / persuade people that it might not be the right thing for them...

Re: Session: Debuting the Connected Planning Playbook

Interally, we always encourage our employees to consider using Anaplan.  That said, we want them to first and foremost build things in Anaplan that are collaborative, continuous, critical, etc. so that they can get the most baing for their buck and see great results upfront.  You can do just about anything in Anaplan, but it is definitely better suited to some activities than others 🙂

Does that answer your question?

Re: Session: Debuting the Connected Planning Playbook

Sorry, I missed what you said about "When is Anaplan Appropriate?"...is it part of playbook? If so where?
How Many "C" should be yes, to build solution in Anaplan?

BTW really loved your presentation.

Thanks,

Debbie

Yes, this is in the "Tactical Governance" section under "Rules of Engagement":

If you can answer "yes" to all of these, we think that Anaplan should be a no-brainer.  If only 1 or 2 of these apply, Anaplan probably isn't the right tool in this specific instance, but I can think of scenarios in which only 3 or 4 of these need to be true for Anaplan to make sense.
