This innovative tool combines smart analytics, flexibility, and integration on a leading-edge technology platform to help transform the merchandizing process, efficiently drive sales, improve margins, and fine-tune inventory levels.
The CAP set up module is the first step to setting up your assortment and uses weighted performance analytics to recommend a choice count for the season.

Select store clusters/attributes from selection boxes which seeds the buy quantity calculations. As you select or deselect these clusters/attributes, the buy quantification calculations update in real time, providing merchants the ability to understand the impacts of changes to their assortment eligibility.
Optimal buy quantities are pre-populated based on optimization calculations that are seeded by store attribute selections by style. Calculated product velocities are editable by the merchants and automatically override the recommended metrics to provide an updated buy quantity.
Merchants can review the financial roll up of their assortment against TY plan and LY actuals. Merchants can also review their assortment by product attribute, store attribute and product tier.
The Digital Assortment Solution uses weighted performance analysis to recommend a customer choice count for the upcoming season. Analytics review historical performance and determine whether the assortment should be expanded or reduced and by how many customer choices. This information is presented to the buyer at the beginning of their assortment planning process and pre-populates their assortment plan with required number of placeholders.
Recommended Buy Quantity
The Digital Assortment Solution calculates a recommended buy quantity for each customer choice based on historical performance, product tier and store eligibility. Recommended buy quantities as well as calculated product velocities are pre-populated in to the assortment plan for the buyers.
The Digital Assortment Solution provides simple, real time roll ups of your assortment so that the buyers can see at a glance how they are performing against their financial plan, last year and this year’s assortment targets. As the analytics update in real time, the buyers are able to adjust their assortment and see the impact as they work.
In the Digital Assortment Solution, buyers can create multiple versions of their assortment, allowing for them to easily compare different assortment approaches and review the impact of changes to their assortment. All of the assortment versions can be reviewed against their financial plan, last year’s performance and assortment targets.
